Kylie May was very active today 278

Everything is almost packed for our adventure to Yosemite, we leave tomorrow morning. Amongst all the cleaning, shopping and organizing today Kylie managed to be a very busy bee. She had her second appointment with Dr. Dale, the chiropractor. He assessed her again and did another adjustment. He said that the first adjustment seemed to hold pretty well and he is confident that he will be able to help realign her hips over the next few months. He is also working on her head, one of her cranial plates is just a little out of alignment, he thinks the strain from it might be why she has been grinding her little teeth so much, so we will see. We also got a call from Dr. K, he said that the x-ray didn't show anything major, he thinks it can be fixed chiropracticly. So Kylie will be visiting Dr. Dale once a week for a few months and we will see if we can get her straightened out before she starts walking to much.

Speaking of walking to much, our little May flower LOVES to be up walking. We are still trying to get her to crawl, but you should see her determination, it's quite impressive for a 9 month old. To be honest it's a little scary, we might be dealing with a very strong willed personality in a few years :o) Other then trying to walk everywhere, Kylie impressed us with three new moves today. She is now able to go from her tummy and push herself to a sit! for a long time she has been able to go from sitting to her tummy, but then she was stuck, not any more! Number two, she sits on her butt and uses her legs to rotate herself in a circle (this one is on video). It is so funny, she may be holding a toy in each hand and there she goes, turning in a circle, so cute. She also did a tiny bit of a true crawl, she was up on all 4's, rocked for a second then went for it. She only stayed up for a few seconds but with us helping to support her she did some good practice crawling all around Melissa's room.

Well it's time to get some sleep, packing took a little longer then it should have tonight, Kylie went to bed around 7, or at least that's what we thought until she woke up around 8 and decided that she was not interested in sleeping again until 10:45! I tried to put her down a couple times, but she was so active, almost hyper. She sat and played in the living room with her new puzzels (thank you Tim and Cathy) and tried to eat Melissa's note cards. Anyway she is asleep now and I will be soon.
