Karen just check the position of the baby and the amount of dilation of the cervix and things are good and ready to go. She is complete, baby just needs to find it's way through the canal. There are two turns through the pelvic bones, not an easy feat in the dark, but Natalie is doing her best to help him find his way. Oops, did I say "him", I meant "it". I am convinced it is a boy, however, Kylie is convinced she is getting a sister. So we will soon see.
