A little alone time with both kids, and we survived, yes!

This morning Kylie and Craig decided to go on a walk, about 30 minutes later I get a call that they made it to the grocery store and Kylie is enjoying shopping with her own little cart. They had not taken the stroller, correction, they had not taken the big stroller, Kylie had wanted to take her very little buggy so this is what Craig planned to use to get the groceries home in. I wish I could have seen then walking home, Craig pushing the tiny buggy full of items Kylie decided she needed lol, cute.

It was a somewhat mellow day otherwise, my big accomplishment was getting a shower in and actually doing my hair, it's amazing how the simple things can make you feel so good. Both kids slept at the same time today, amazing (which is why I got to do my hair) and when they woke up I was alone with the two of them for a decent amount of time and we all survived :o) Granted at one moment they were both crying, Cooper had a huge blowout and I was trying to change him while Kylie was just waking up and very upset that her headband would not stay on her head they way she wanted, then I realized that our white comforter had a big stain on it that I had not noticed before and it needed to get in to the wash ASAP. Let's just say it was a little wild but we all survived = successful day.

We got a visit from my good friend Jess and her wonderful son Zach. They hung out for a bit, it was wonderful to visit with her and share my birth story, thank you Jess for listening :o) Also thank you for the sweet gift, Kylie opened it just moments after you left, so cute! Thank you again.

Cooper's eyes are looking lots better, I really think the breastmilk is helping a ton. He is also working through the peeling/shedding stage and his poop looked like yellow, seedy breastmilk poop today, yay!!!. I am still learning how to manage the boy parts during a diaper change, I didn't get peed on once today, yay, and only one outfit change due to pee up and out of the diaper, it's getting better.

I am looking forward to a busy and fun day tomorrow, story time and many friends coming to visit, yay :o)

Good night,
Natalie

Nap time.

We have got to get some newborn photos in while he is still doing cute things like this.

Thanks for the cute frog outfit Ammy :o)
