Another successful day

This morning I was excited about the prospect of going to the breastfeeding group with both kids and no help :o) Tabitha was planning to go with both of her little ones so I had some encouragment and support. We got ready and my dad came over to drop off our car (he had picked up from an oil change) and he presented Kylie with an offer she couldn't refuse. A bike ride to Olive Market. On one hand I was glad she wanted to go with him, it was going to make my morning at the breastfeeding group much easier and focused on Cooper, but I was also kinda bummed since I was feeling up for the challenge.

Breastfeeding group was so great today, not only was Tabitha there with Nico and Portia, Kerry, Amy and Michelle all came with their little ones along with all the other wonderful mommies i see every week. I couldn't help myself, I weighed our little chunk again. He now weighs 11lbs 12oz, 12oz gain in one week, awesome. He is looking more and more chubby to me and I love it.

Kylie had a fun morning with Papa, a bike ride to Panera Bread, the bike store for a kick stand, to Ama and Papa's house to play with the fairies, then to Olive market and back home. I met them back here and Kylie was ready for a nap but wanted to fall asleep on the big chair. No problem, I thought, until they were both asleep and I had NO idea how to get out of the chair and get Kylie to her bed without waking everyone up. Fortunately I figured it out after lots of contemplating and playing out different situations in my head. Kylie slept well while Cooper had lots of naked time and I packed. This evening we took a little trip to Target to buy a few things for the trip. My dad was able to come with us, thank goodness. We ate dinner at my parents and Cooper got to meet our good friends Jeff and Barbara. We walked home and daddy was asleep before either kid, poor guy. I got them both to sleep and now it is my turn, good night everyone.
