Kylie May and Her Monday Night Football Day 221

At first she may have thought it a bit strange to be bathing so early, but she soon came to realize the reason why.  Nat and Kylie came to join the cheering section of the Monday night flag football league I recently joined.  For a minute the little cheerleader might have thought she was tired...that was until she saw all the lights and people.  After that, it was all squeaking, squwaking, and play time.  It was a perfect evening (still hanging on to the last little bits of warm nights), and Kylie (as usual) enjoyed picking grass, chewing on water bottles, chit chatting with Kerry (Her hubby Kyle plays on the team with us), and just having a fun outdoor adventure.  I really think it was all Kylie's hooping and hollering that distracted the other team and got us a victory tonight.  Strong work little one!

Besides the football fun, little Kylie May enjoyed hanging out with Mimi and Papa, playing peek-a-boo, eating (oh my does she eat), rolling around on the floor, laughing with her Auntie Melissa (she really seems to be entertained by her auntie these days), and even a little bit of napping.  She is out like a little tiny trout now, but tomorrow holds more fun and excitement (Sssshhh! don't tell her. she doesn't know about it yet).

more to come soon,

Craig

p.s. it was funny giving her a bath tonight because we did it right after she ate.  You don't really notice until she is naked in the tub but our little girl has one mean pot belly.  I'm sure, that right now, in a barn at an undisclosed location, Charlotte is furiously weaving a web that reads "Some Belly".  Yes, I dare say Wilbur would be proud.  Us? we are proud too, because it means that there may yet be a small ray of hope that our little string bean is packing on some pounds. :-)

Monday night lights! Yes, they can be some nail biters.

when she has the pig tails in she feels compelled to sit up like a big girl in her chair.
