Kylie May Plays with Grandma Day 116

Kylie started her day with a trip to the local coffee shop, she had made plans to hang out with Kiko, luckily she let Grandma Diana and I come along. Turns out Kiko brought his mommy Heang too. Heang and I went to nursing school together and have not had a chance to get together in a while, it was fun to catch up and introduce the babes to each other. Kiko is two and warmed up to the idea of Kylie after a little while. I am so glad to be back in contact with her, I hope we get to do some more play dates in the future.

When we got home grandma went to run some errands and Kylie and I took a little rest. The afternoon was then filled with lots of playing, nursing and more napping. Grandma fixed us a wonderful dinner and sent Craig and I out the down fueled up for work. I had a crazy 4 hours, that turned into 5, but luckily grandma had worked her magic and Kylie was fast asleep when I finally made it home. Grandma told me all about their night together, they went on a walk, took a bath, had a few bottles and did some good cuddling. Sounds like a perfect evening.

We are so glad Diana was willing to come down and help us with Kylie, I'm sure Kylie enjoyed a little one-on-one time with her grandma without all the other eager aunts and uncles around :o) Tomorrow Diana heads to LAX to pick up Jill and Mike, they will be staying with us for one night, it will be perfect, Craig and I both have the night off! We can't wait to see them!
