Kylie May's big day 361

What could make Tuesday morning Barnes and Nobel story time more exciting? When you get to go with your cousin Liam!! That's right, Kylie got to spend time with Liam again this morning and boy did they have fun. After a couple good stories and play time at the train table, we jumped in the car and Kylie took a nap on the way home. This afternoon she spent time with Mimi and Papa, while I cleaned the kitchen, I think she got the better end of that deal ;o) She helped Mimi do a little yard work, and from what I hear, she enjoyed getting dirt everywhere! By the time I came by to get her she was bathed, in a clean outfit and ready for another nap. This evening she played a little bit with Craig before we headed back to my parents for a delicious dinner. Craig headed to work and Kylie decided to practice a little walking. I can't believe her birthday is just a few days away, we are hoping it doesn't rain, it might make it a little hard to have a backyard BBQ :o)

Kylie had her first little taste of whole milk tonight. She has been eating so much lately and we are trying to make sure she is nice and full before bed. She still nurses all the time, but just nursing before bed is not enough to fill her up anymore, so tonight she got a little warm milk with her bedtime snack, she seemed to really like it :o)

p.s. In 4 days our Kylie May turns one year old.  We can't believe it.  Unfortunately, it also means the winding down of the blog. :-( Since we look forward to sharing it with our little busy bee someday, Nat and I wanted to extend an invitation.  There have been so many of you that have read and followed this crazy saga over the last year, and we think it would be fun if you shared some of your thoughts, memories, anecdotes, opinions, or anything else you want, so that one day (when she actually learns to read) she can see the people that watched (in blog land) as her first year of life unfolded.  It would be great if you emailed a little something to Nat or I and then we can attach a compilation to her last big blog entry next week.
