1 year doctors appointment

I know it takes about 30 days to create a habit, so what do you call it when you have done something for 365 days? Needless to say, it is going to take a little while before I get used to not writing in this every evening. But today Kylie had her 1 year doctors appointment. We recently found out that our amazing pediatrician, that we love, is no longer do "well baby" care :o( So we had our appointment with someone new today. Without going in to details, we will just say we were not impressed and we are still in the market for a good pediatrician. If anyone can suggest one, please contact us. Despite the doctor, the appointment went very well, Kylie weighs 20lbs 8oz and now stands 30 inches tall. Although we are not be percentile people, she is in the 40% for weight and the 90% for height, sounds like a few other people I know ;o)

Kylie has been enjoying all her new birthday toys, we did however put some of them away so she can enjoy them all more. Craig and I got her another little baby doll, just like the one she loves, but this one can go in the bath! So the last two nights she has had bath time with "Tido" (that's the name on the box) and she just loves it! Yesterday Kylie got to go on a bike ride with her daddy and in the evening headed over to visit Kerry, Kyle and the doggies. She had a great time out and about, but last night was a rough one for Craig. Kylie had a hard time going to sleep, then woke up and would not go back to sleep around 2 and 5, I guess she cried quite a bit and kept looking around the house for me :o( Melissa even came down to help out, but the little bug just wouldn't fall asleep. So today we were all tired and ended up taking a morning nap (we all slept through the alarm and ended up late to our appointment) and a 2.5 hour afternoon nap, we all needed to catch up.
Ok that's enough,
I'm sure I will write again soon, it's so hard to break the habit :o)
