Johnson Baby Update: Believe Walk and Melissa's Work Shower

Sunday we got up early (of course it had been a rough night where I only got about 3 hours of sleep) and headed downtown to participate in the Believe Walk! Craig and I have done it in the past but this was the first time we have done it with kids (I think). We made it about 1/2 way through the 5K when Kylie decided she was done (even though Craig and I had carried her for most of the walk) and we peeled off and walked home. Luckily the walk goes right around our house so it was easy to get back. We did however miss out on all the fun festivities at the bowl that happen at the end of the walk, maybe next year :o) Then we headed to church and after church we stopped off for some last minute shopping at Moo La La for 1/2 off day. After naps and a trip to the store we headed to Darin and Tabitha's for a family dinner with them. As the kids get older, it is more and more fun to get together. We all sat around the table visiting, Nico is now sitting at the table and eating with us too! Dinner was so yummy and the kids really enjoyed playing with each other.

Today Auntie Marta came over and hung out for a while, Kylie got to spend some time with Papa and Coop, Ky and I all went to a bridal shower for Melissa in the evening. Melissa's coworkers threw her a little shower at the Macaroni Grill. It was so fun to have an evening out and to get a chance to meet some of her coworkers. Cooper looked fancy in his onesie with a tie on it, jeans and little shoes (wish I had a good photo) and Kylie wore one of her new dresses I got from Moo La La.

Good Morning Believe Walk. We were toward the end, its hard to tell in the photo, but there were thousands of people filling all of state street, as long as we could see.

Craig and Kyle being awesome dads, oh how much our lives have changed.
