What a big weekend! Melissa had her Redlands bridal shower and my Papa Gene had a big birthday party. Uncle Kyle, Ammy, Papa David and Doe came for the festivities and Kylie was in heaven. Needless to say she stayed up late just about every night and just today we got back on track with a slightly more regular schedule.
Cooper decided to celebrate the weekend by getting his first tooth! It is on his bottom right side. I felt it pop through on Sunday morning and when I excitedly told Melissa, she said that she had felt it on Saturday night and just forgot to say anything.
So overall it was a very big weekend and today was a busy Monday. My mom, sister, Kylie and i all had a spa day where we got our nails done for the wedding. It was really fun to spend some time together before the craziness of the upcoming weekend.
Here are some photos from the past week or so...
Coopie with a bow, he makes a cute little girl
Go Giants! It's hard to see, but we had spent the morning with our face paints, both of her arms are painted and she has freckles on her face.
Dress rehearsal for her Halloween Costume, Goldie Locks.
Kylie and mommy had a special "girls date" to market night last Thursday. We visited Goldie, got popcorn and of course rode a pony. There was a new pony there, his name was Turk.
Coopie and Papa in their Giants orange having a wonderful lunch.
Today I picked up Coopie and my dad had just defrosted a bottle, I couldn't stand letting it go to waste even though I nursed him as soon as I got there. So I brought it with us and Coopie actually took some of it on our drive to the store. It's so weird to see one of my kids taking a bottle, but I am glad he does, it certainly makes it easier on everyone else.
Quick picture before Ammy and Papa had to head back home.
Doe had to head home too, but Kylie was not happy about me taking a photo of them.
Spa day with the Bride to Be!

Bridal shower!
Sleeping Coopie kept Johanna hostage at the end of the shower, don't wake the sleeping baby!
Great music for my dads birthday!
Even Auntie Marta sang a little song!
Pumpkin carving time.
She pulled about two handfuls of seeds out and then decided it was not for her. So Craig and I ended up carving the pumpkins, while she played and could have cared less.
If you look really close you can see his little tooth.
Kylie helped with my leg massage, thanks Ky!
At first she seemed to like the bubbles, but then she kept asking to wipe them off.
tiny toes
matching!!! I think Marta and Ama got the same color too!!

Another trip to Oak Glen and Cooper's 4 month apt
Another Oak Glen adventure with my good friends Liz, Matt and Zachary (more photos to come).
Group bath time, Kylie 2.5 years + Zachary 1.5 years + Cooper 4 months = Fun Fun Fun
Today we went to Ford Park and daddy braided Kylie's hair, he is getting better and better.
Feeding the ducks with daddy and uncle Kyle.
Trip to the store with Zachary to get pie crust to make apple pie! Yum!
Me and Coopie apple picking at Oak Glen.
Cooper had his 4 month apt today, he is weighing 16.4 lbs, got two shots :o( and took a nice nap with daddy when he got home. He has also been doing a weird shaking thing every once in a while when he is falling asleep but the pediatrician said is not something to worry about.
Kylie and I walked home from Ama and Papa's house, she talked the whole way telling me stories about her husband Don and their kids that live in Ah-Gloria. She has such a great imagination and sense of style :o)
Saying hello to the cows at Oak Glen
So proud of this daddy-daughter moment, piggy tail braids.
She is saying "Come on mom, let's go to Ah-Gloria."
At our Dr. apt today, both kids had to get shots, but they did really well, thank goodness they are both nursing, it makes everything better.
Coopie enjoying Nico's toys.
